Crude Oil futures for November settled up $1.64 or 1.812% at $92.16. Oil prices rose on Wednesday to snap a five-session losing streak, driven by ongoing ambiguity surrounding US-Iran diplomatic negotiations. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian reaffirmed at the UN General Assembly that Tehran remains open to dialogue but rejects bargaining under pressure, while Iran's military threatened "more crushing" counterstrikes in response to Trump's earlier UN address warning he might annihilate Iran.

Natural Gas futures for October settled up $.058 or 1.956% at $3.023. Natural gas prices gained today, propelled by autumn weather forecasts predicting sustained heat across the South-Central region through October 6.
