Crude Oil futures for September settled up $1.08 or 1.292% at $84.67. Oil prices advanced on Friday, ending the month with a 20% gain amid reignited hostilities between the US and Iran alongside reports of vessels being forced to reverse course in the Strait of Hormuz.

Natural Gas futures for August settled down -$.011 or-.399% at $2.747. Natural gas prices finished lower today, closing out July with steep monthly losses as robust supply fundamentals overshadowed minor late-week gains.
