Crude Oil

Crude Oil futures for August settled up $1.68 or 2.019% at $84.91. Oil prices increased on Tuesday, marking a third consecutive day of price surges amid severe disruptions across major maritime export channels. 

 

Natural Gas

Natural Gas futures for August settled up $.005 or .175% at $2.865. Natural gas prices finished nearly flat today after a sideways session, as intense cooling demand across the southern and central regions was counterbalanced by milder East Coast weather and potential Gulf Coast LNG export interruptions from Tropical Storm Bertha.
