Crude Oil

Crude Oil futures for August settled up $1.58 or 2.246% at $71.92. Oil prices rose this Thursday as traders tracked logistics inside the Strait of Hormuz after an unidentified weapon struck a cargo carrier off the Omani coast. Natural Gas

Natural Gas futures for July settled up $.122 or 3.788% at $3.343. Natural gas prices jumped today, marking a three-week peak fueled by accelerating fuel volumes directed to major LNG export facilities and extended meteorological projections indicating intense summer heat persisting through July 10.
