Crude Oil futures for June settled up $3.26 or 3.438% at $98.07. Oil prices pushed up on Monday following warnings that the fragile state of the US and Iran truce could trigger a massive escalation to the war.

Gas futures for June settled up $.141 or 5.092% at $2.910. Natural gas prices jumped today as a sustained drop in output tightened the domestic balance. Major players like EQT have aggressively curtailed output in the Lower 48 states, a direct response to the weak spot prices seen throughout the spring.
