Crude Oil

Crude Oil futures for May settled up $5.76 or 6.869% at $89.61. Oil prices climbed this Monday, clawing back ground after Friday’s collapse due to renewed friction between the US and Iran.

 

Natural Gas

Natural Gas futures for May settled up $.015 or .561% at $2.689. Natural gas prices rose today, bolstered by a contraction in output over the last couple of weeks and aggressive gas flows to US LNG export plants, yet prices lingered near their lowest threshold since October 2024.
