Crude Oil futures for May settled up $3.46 or 3.665% at $97.87. Oil prices rallied this Thursday, reversing a portion of the previous session's plunge as regional instability cast a shadow over a fragile ceasefire.

Natural Gas futures for May settled down -$.054 or -1.982% at $2.670. Natural gas prices recorded consecutive sessions of decline after the EIA storage report revealed an expanded inventory surplus, growing to 87 Bcf from the prior week’s 50 Bcf.
